Peter Cox of Go West

  • Login Lounge 34 Park Street Camberley, England, GU15 3PL United Kingdom (map)

About the event

Join us for a special performance from Peter Cox, the frontman of the iconic 80s band, Go West!

With their iconic, signature keyboard riffs, Go West had a stream of hits in the U.K. and the U.S.A. during the 80s and 90s with singles such as ‘We Close Our Eyes’, and are probably best known for their multi-award-winning song, ‘The King Of Wishful Thinking’ from the soundtrack to the film ‘Pretty Woman’.

Peter and his live band will be performing a mix of songs from throughout his career (including some Go West numbers), alongside his new album - 'Seaglass' - which has seen him reunite with original Go West producer, Gary Stevenson. The sound of ‘Seaglass’ is an unmistakable mix of Peter's unique distinct vocals and finely tuned songwriting skills. The first four singles from the album, ‘Too Far Gone’, ‘She Wants Magic’, ‘Dream Burning Down’ and ‘Confidant’ have all reached #1 on The Heritage Chart.

This event is £35.
